First Response Systems ("FRS") provides automated missed-call text response and notification services for businesses.

Service Description

FRS sends automated SMS notifications to callers and business representatives when a missed call occurs. The service relies on third-party providers including Twilio and telecommunications carriers.

No Guarantee of Delivery

FRS does not guarantee message delivery, uptime, or carrier reliability. SMS and call forwarding services depend on third-party infrastructure.

Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for configuring call forwarding correctly.
• You are responsible for complying with all local, provincial, federal, and telecommunications laws.
• You agree not to use FRS for unlawful, abusive, or spam-related activity.

Billing

Pricing is agreed upon at signup. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

FRS is not liable for lost revenue, missed calls, technical outages, SMS delays, or carrier failures. The service is provided “as is.”

Termination

FRS reserves the right to suspend or terminate service at any time for misuse or non-payment.
